The real question is, “All hands on who?”
Evidently, Stephanie sent out a meeting invite the other day with no agenda and scared the cr-p out of her direct reports. She was trying to get ahead of the poor returns that would be announced. No surprises there, they were just concerned about their own jobs. The rest was more of the same, spinning results to their best advantage.
Franklin Templeton has not formally asked for a divorce...yet. That leaves FIS in a quandry regarding planning.
When responding to a question about layoffs, they said what they always say, it is dependent on business needs. As to how employees are chosen, they would not answer that either stating privacy.
