Heard they may offer a VSP but reduced to match typical severance packages. Anyone else heard this?

What’s the point of vsps? They only make employees stay longer, hoping they will get one.

@cm Severance info is documented on the internal HR site, and had not changed. Information was last modified in 2022, but the payout is the same.

All the misinformation trolls can now leave.

Heard it was reduced to 1 week per year with a cap. Does anyone know someone who was recently severanced to ask. Information around severance is difficult to find.
