What’s the latest on the MAC Services department in St. Louis? Is headcount growing or falling?
When I was a kid, my friends wanted to be race car drivers, astronauts, or doctors when they grew up. But I always wanted to be something like a Senior Specialist in MAC Services. Angling to get in on this department at some point, if it’s not too late, and hoping for some updates on reorgs, cuts, etc. Thanks for any info!

I get it. When I was a wee lad, I had dreams of being a Senior Associate Divisional Field Check Deposit Reconciliation Specialist. But these boyhood dreams were cruelly dashed by the relocation strategy.
@a9 what do you mean end of cao? Which cao or which group? Wim doesn't have a cao. They have a shared services group
@a2 a full shutdown of the STL campus or only certain LOBs possibly dwindling down to a building or two?
4th quarter is the end for CAO
STL isn’t in the long term plans for WF. Out CAO and COO leaders (that oversee MAC and mailroom) have stated openly that STL will not be a hub in 2027 (due to it being a trash city)
