XRX ain't going to make it to Q2 2027 outside of CH 7 or 11, so the merit increase in 2024 will end up being the last one.

No one told LP that the last merit increases were in 2024, and he's now kicking the can down the road to 2027. So ridiculous that he told everyone that they would reassess raises in August, and would consider them if the results were good. Sounds like he told Wall Street the results were great, but told the Xerox workforce that the results stunk.

Instead of booking a discounted payday loan of 80 million now, they could have waited a few months and gotten the full 105 mil, spent 80 on debt, and used the 25 million they set on fire for raises.

@a6 lol the healthcare coverage is laughable! I can't even afford basic appointments because it only starts paying anything after you've hit your deductible and obscene out of pocket max!
What motivation is there to stay? I mean people are busting their chops day in day out - it’s madness. Honestly the only reason to stay is for the health care coverage (despite it being um not the best for me) and I feel awful for saying that.
