We are being told to create more lower level roles and limit/eliminate the amount of higher level roles. I was looking at some of our postings for C12 roles. They are asking for 5-8 years of specific experience and stating an advanced degree is a plus. I am sorry but 5-8 years of this type of experience should easily demand C13.
The message is clear. Do more with less people and less experience. Sad thing this is the whole damn market. Good luck to all that have been impacted and those that will be. Ugh
