How high Geos are vs. Engineers in the Upstream? Looking for CL examples.
What about Upstreamers vs. Downstreamers? How high is Upstream? Again give CL level examples.

CL 29, YEE 14 OWD, 440 RSU plus base pay 380k, upstream

@aj is this the starting salary for CL28? Is this same for upstream and downstream?

@b1 cL 30 is when the bonus and such begin. Executive compensation program. But don’t plan on making it to 30. Almost none do in spite of being told you have the potential.
What’s the max salary for CL 29? Any difference w/ CL 30?
Potential only matters if you’re 38+ potential. The others are all basically meaningless.
