I've watched coworkers jump to competitors and complain about the exact same issues we're having. It's the same circus, just different clowns.

@ak Went to a competitor more than a year ago and couldn't be happier. None of the X bs here.
Not sure changing industries is going to make things much better. Everything is knee-deep in the festering turdbowl.
