I get it. Posting on linkedin about their promotions is a source of pride for them. About 8% get promoted and 15% get put on a PIP to be fired. The next round of calibrations for end of year 2026 those same people will have to fight again just to not be on the bottom 15%. What a nightmare.

Why do you care if people are posting about being promoted? LinkedIn is a giant circlej--kanyway. That’s the whole point. They are playing the hand they have been dealt.
Capone is ruthless. Personally, I think their stack ranking and overall handling of the DFS integration has been sh-t. But that’s entirely different to individuals maximizing their time in the sun.
Envy is unbecoming. Mind your own business and focus on whatever it is you can do to benefit your own situation within capones draconian system
feast before famine. in the end everyone no one is immune.
