@bx I honestly couldn’t follow what you wrote.

@a2 That's funny because they continue to hire Directors and Senior Directors, and executive admins at least in Service Operations and the Enablement teams, yet they let go of the people actually doing the work. So he's not wrong, but the company is MAKING THIS DECISION!

@dg WHAT?!!!

Oh, you mean employee bonuses, not executive bonuses. Whew! Never mind, carry on.

@bx Uh oh. "Expect headwinds in the 4 Qtr". Oh no! Sounds like some people aren't going to get good bonuses come next March. That is if you haven't been laid off before then. Sad, sad, sad.

" We have retained the majority of employer plans, select segment growth 2-4%, second place on cost basis nationally, but didn't grow nationally at all - deserves applause."
interpretation - even if we show growth, because of national stagnation, expect re-balance of human power.
"40% less on human with AI assistant" - meaning 40% of the call center and support staff is gone.
"new product Medical + supplement" coming out tomorrow? I thought this was already there for high deductible or are they raising the deductibles next enrollment?
Brian was literally saying "I don't know how to get Tiktok" and "I used to have and had to get rid if it" in the same sentence - did you notice :-)
To be honest he communicates better than the ceo in my opinion with a lot of jargons and vocabulary with no meaning sentences.
So many new faces too many manages as someone said it, it looks like we have a very high turnover.
OpEx - demystifying - high expense and expect head winds in the 4th quarter - he said " we need to have the right workforce for the growth" since no national growth expect all out layoff in the 4th quarter
"automation and less jobs - more to come in the 4th quarter" I believe these were his words if recall correct - Is it really automation? what did we automate
And the closing remarks: Focus outside-in, think differently, if you see something say something, be open to new ideas
Did I summarize? feedback and break down 👇 let's demystify more 👇

Now, now...let's not let squabbling get the better of us and distract us from our unifying mission - the full implementation of Lead to One principles, embedded in every action we take.

I'm sure we can, at minimum, find common ground there.

My heart be still....Contracting team was actually mentioned. The fact BH had to say yes you can applauld is par for the course for our department.

@an Well, you are certainly some sort of Oracle yourself aren't you? You apparently know the motivation of every service member that has ever joined the military.

You obviously have absolutely NO idea about what motivates a person to join. Neither do I. It is a personal decision that has been made by many. Some never had a choice at all.

So slink back behind the safety of your keyboard in this anonymous world where you can sling fake arrows without fear of anyone shooting back at you.

@a9

Who GAF if this person is a veteran?
A d-mb opinion is d-mb. Filling a soda machine on an aircraft carrier doesn’t make one some kind of oracle.

Outside of those who enlisted after Pearl Harbor and 9/11, most noncommissioned folks go into the military for the benefits or as a job of last resort looking for direction. Sure, they get to tote the flag and claim patriotism, but we all know the score.

@a6 I agree, he totally skirted around the layoff question with just a bunch of words that meant nothing.

The biggest corporate fluff of nothing. Skirting around the Signature question and savings as well as not saying anything about layoffs or more early retirements. What a waste of time

Too many managers, leads, supervisors not enough people to do the work.

Why is he always asking for applause?
