Me and few in my org effected and other are on visa program got protected. What does this mean?

Seems some Green card holders and some eventually became citizens and who are in the job (FTE) by boot licking think they deserve more than the qualified hard working smart H1B,H4 and other visa workers. They don't understand they are the overheads to the company. They steal credit from these contractors and show the management as their own work. Just imagine what their kids would do in future.
Companies retain visa employees because the process is expensive and hectic. Cate, Racial discrimination is another angle.
If cost were the factor. Visa holders earning $200K+ with migration costs covered would be hit too ,clearly not the case here.

@ap Too advanced of English for them. You need to not use big words like awareness, and you have to use the root verb only and not present participle forms. They can't follow normal English.
@ak Raj since you are lacking awareness, let me d-mb it down for you. When you got to Walmart to buy your rice, you are buying the cheapest one while you know that it's quality is inferior. See, corporations are doing the same thing.
How about if you are utter mo--n you should be worried somebody will take your job that is qualified through H1B. The only people I ever see lose their jobs are id--ts who refuse to blame themselves for any issues in their life. It's sad. Must be a miserable life to know you are stupid, but pretend it is an immigrants fault
@ac were you born yesterday? Congress is working for corporations and billionaires, not you and me.
It means that Congress should get up from their selective assess and pass legislation to ban all H1Bs immediately. That will show that they actually care about hard-working American workers.
