As I read it, Q2 was strong. However, travel still restricted, rumblings about layoffs are still loud. What is going on?

Pulling channel sales ahead has been a long standing practice that really should have been an issue.
@1f7 now they have to pull in Q4 into Q3 to close the gap

ESC VPs are in panic mode now. Factories volumes are dropping like crazy with each forecast revisions. It looks like the plant shutdown activities will be restarting sooner. Back to reality sales figures.

BB is cutting ahead of the curve. Factories are reporting a drop in volumes after a surge of orders in Q2 due to shenanigans to pull revenue forward. They are back into cost control mode because they know its all a manufactured mirage.
