Our manager has been AWOL for over 4 months. Even when he used to show up, he would say nothing. Soooo, most of us are just badging in, checking a few messages, and leaving early while collecting a paycheck.
Ask me if I care. If worthless Dell managers don't care about us, why should we care about Dell? We don't. This company is a joke!

I must be in the wrong group. I’m barely keeping my head above water at upwards of 60hrs a week, some weeks more.
It's interesting because in my group where most of us got let go, we were very busy with a ton of stuff to do in our backlog. Just doesn't make sense how some survive and others do not.
@aq 100% agree. I'm sat in bed at 9am Monday morning with nothing to do. I'll keep quiet and gratefully collect my salary but I don't feel great about myself. I'll do some more AI training I guess.
