Thread regarding IBM layoffs

I'd rather be laid off than be put on a PIP

One comes with a nice safety net, the other is a certain kick in the behind with nothing.

Every single company managed by indians (like Arvind in IBM) becomes an indian company full of scams and dirty tricks (PIPs).
If the company put you on a PIP or RA just take them to court.

@aw
Alvind, the slimy Indian, was able to find the trick to steal (using PIPs) the hard working US employees pensions with the help of the cabal of useless POS managers. He is following in the footsteps of three fingers who engineered in late 1990's the large heist of US based companies pension in US history.

@a8 IBM will never in a zillion years give a viable healthcare alternative. It all goes into Arvind's pockets.

@a8 some of them are eligible for pension through ibm even if very small and if fired rather than laid off they can’t collect

Many older employees in US almost 65 are staying until reaching 65. Reason #1 is healthcare coverage. When IBM management offers a viable alternative, thousands will retire.
