Can the H1B petitions be filed simultaneously after already laying off 21K and now another similar double digit number within 3 months.
This is absolute mockery of immigration system.

Replace US citizens who spent $300K in college education with cheaper younger imported Indians with fake degrees
Layoff US citizens and then transfer IDC resource to US on L1B visa which are unlimited.
