Not even Ford hiring managers want to hire any of the nonperformers from integrated Services.

I wonder what Ford job Aragon is interviewing for since he reports directly to Farley.

@b0 you don’t want anything to do with Ford Europe with declining sales and F-150s too big for their roads and parking spaces. We sold only 425k vehicles there last year down from over a million a decade ago. Even if you sold a $1k annual subscription with every vehicle and 100% renewed it’s not enough money to be worth the costs.

@cc - Sounds exactly how it happened for me before I was terminated last year. Applied for several jobs that I was perfect for, but didn't get any, so this is the only explanation.

Why apply internally? Why?

When you get told to interview internally and try to find your own job.....yet nothing seems to be panning out - you have been marked for termination. What is happening is when any hiring manager contacts HR that they'd like to hire you, if you're marked for termination they just tell the hiring manager no. An easy way to tell you're marked is suddenly people start avoiding you like they are going to catch some sort of disease. People in leadership start avoiding eye contact. You are not getting invited to meetings. Jobs you are a perfect match somehow go to someone else with literally no experience. If any of this sounds familiar, you need to focus all your time applying elsewhere.

It seems like only BlueCruise people get to stay employed. Obviously they’re the smartest ones…
