Is it me or the IRR testing is harder
this year with lots of confusing choices sometimes there’s no correct answers?!!

@ak I have NEVER had trouble passing the IRR until this year. Some questions were incorrectly done. I took screenshots of every single one of the questions along with the answers I chose. In fact, I’ll eventually post one to show. Most of our market had been failing and none of us are new to this game!!!

@b0 depends on ur field. The bh ones were a bi--h and often they had to give freebies for problem questions..

@a3 i may or may not have used my personal phone to screen shot questions and chat gpt to the rescue….🤣 yes it works esp on those hard scenario based questions. Passed them all.
@aj if you fail the IRR—> remediation & retake—> if you still fail then PIP.
idk about you but companies dont pay out severance for poor performance.
so if you’re already in a list somewhere or signed a VSP, then you just gave them a reason to fire you so no severance.
