Executives all hire the same consultants and do the same thing. How is their pay justified when they all just follow each other and do the same thing like a bunch of sheep?

Profits rise and fall with markets, not strategies. Execs get bonuses when make bad decisions then another bonus when fix their mistakes.
@cg Hit the nail on the head. They are so strategic you know. Listening to their consultants with not a single original idea for how to grow the business. Just cut and offshore. Look at Elon Musk he just keeps hiring and expanding into new businesses.
Execs think everyone is replaceable/interchangable .......but them.

@af are you willing to sc--w over colleagues, lie and cheat and su-k your bosses co-k for money? If yes, apply here - you too might be able to play golf while former colleagues struggle. Fu-k them and their families - they did'nt su-k hard enough....

@af, did you read the OP? It was about living the life of a sheep and getting paid a lot of money. How do you get from sheep life to hardship. Do you really believe execs carry a higher burden of travel, relocations, and work-life impositions than the rest of us working shmucks? Execs are not victims. Silly argument.
@af Oh wow, what a tragic life they have. Funny how they’re ki-ling themselves to stay in those roles. If it’s that awful, they can retire and let someone else suffer. Give me a break!
Are you willing to eat sh-t non stop? Be essentially on call 24/7 to do whatever bullsh-t your boss says. Sell out and do things that you know are wrong but you have to pretend to believe in it until you actually start believing in it? Move and leave your family on a moments notice if required? Travel anywhere and give hoorah speeches about bullsh-t as needed? All while maintaining a smile and saying thank you sir may I have another?
