Glad you can take some time out of your busy schedule to comment here.
You must be very busy offshoring jobs, laying people off, and looking at ways to demoralize your remaining employees and squeezing them for all worth.
You are the Jack Welsh of the oil & gas industry and the legacy of decisions made by you and ExxonMobil will endure long after you're gone.... Much like GE.
When were they ever productive ?
But at least its culture is great LOL
Way too much costs and overhead. Disband and let the assets take care of the business. Waste of tax versed and money!
