What’s going on with all the surprising layoffs in Finance that are being attributed to Code of Business Conduct violations? Is there a broader issue or trend that AT&T employees should be aware of?

There is no COBC in Finance. It is full of harassment, coercion and intimidation that goes unchecked and unreported!
