Honest question here. Do you think ELT knows what an absolute toxic environment they have created? Are they aware of how unhappy, unhealthy and miserable the employees are? Do you think the new CEO will try to begin making changes to improve employee satisfaction ? Are we ever going to see some sort of COLA ? The 2-3% for above meets isn’t cutting it nor is it making anyone put in the effort they once did when they felt appreciated, valued and respected.

@b4 It is easier to state that OE will/can/should be better than the previous two years. The hard part is truly acknowledging what went wrong and identifying what has to happen for a turn around. I am not sure that Leadership or even Operations has identified this, so there is no confidence that this will be better. Maybe I am missing something, but what has been done differently? If the integration problem has not been identified and addressed, how can anyone actually expect any level of success.
@OP Whichever, OE is headed for colossal failure. Outside of the showmanship of more useless meetings, consultant workshops, CoPilot generated organization emails, and sky-is-falling CareFirst Connects, what has actually changed? They are still changing priorities twice a day, pounding on the same people who actually give a cr-p, protecting their beloved Cog, and confounding even the most fundamental business practices. Oh sure, they're talking. They're gonna gonna gonna. We all know nothing is changing. As OE fails, wait until the CEO takes it out on the employees. Doubt me? juuuuuust wait for the "urgency" and "duty" verbiage to precede the RTO, night, and weekend work edicts.
@an The new CEO knows we are far in the red and is just going to do whatever is necessary to get the company profitable again. The ELT that was already here are clueless and I wouldn't be surprised if he starts replacing them one by one. I am looking for a new gig and will be glad once CF is in my rear view mirror.
Yes, and they don't care. They are doing the job they are told to do.
Leave CareFirst. There are other jobs out there that pay just as well. For me it was totally worth starting over and I couldn't be happier.
