I've seen people move to positions with more money and more prestige, and most regretted it because in the end, it cost them their families. Fiserv is not kind to anybody, and the higher you are (outside of the C-suite, of course) the more you're expected to do. I'd rather have my time than their paycheck.

Leverage your title to work at a different company. Perhaps that work live balance would be better?
You are right. I would never accept a promotion that involves direct reports. You lose too much control over how your day flows. And other people's incompetencies become your headache. The money is not worth it. Especially when you can make additional money outside of the job doing things you might enjoy more.

I can confirm. I have lasting mental health issues after working at fiserv. Fiserv is a truly horrible company. I do not recommend working for fiserv under any circumstance.
