@14v yes I know - to be clear, my supervisor always books reviews with everyone but me on his team. They have almost all gotten their feedback on my team. I just wanted to know what the deadline is so I can escalate if I need to
@128 They can't just ignore this communication ask your teammates if they got theirs or not
What is the last day your manager can give you your assessment results? Is there any penalty for not giving it to you by then? I have a supervisor that never books any reviews with me unless I do it myself
@ew this is 100% accurate
PIP discussions were delayed for Staffing to finalize Supervisor training for PIP discussions. Trainings held 20-28. PIP discussions ongoing. Non PIP discussions were on hold in some groups so not make PIPs worry too much when all others had discussions before them.
Anyone can get feedback before 15 August.
15 August is simply the deadline for giving MLRP feedback.
@b7 why August 15th? Can any other feedback be delivered before August 15th? Or non-MLRP is strictly post August 15th?
I know two people who were notified before August 15th and aren’t on MLRP.
MLRP to be notified by August 15th. 7 days to decide. If you are over 40, you have 21 days to decide. If you are scheduled to receive your feedback before August 15th, you are MLRP.
No. Know someone who will be told next week. Also, short service individuals have 7 days to decide.
15 August last communication day with 7 calendar days to decide.
Sorry don’t know, ranked outstanding
I was notified of my PIP in August several years ago. The they don’t PIP in August thing is a myth.
Employee needs 1 month to decide . So July 31 makes sense
PIP cycle starts Sept, communication same as PDS results for everyone else. You will know whether you pass or live another day to get sc--wed in Dec.
Nope
