Just notice two people manager will leave USB on the same day. Seems upper manager gave a hard deadline for them to make a decision.

@zh technology is such a waste of money too. The layers in TOS are ridiculous. Managers of managers and like 50% of the layers could go and they'd have enough people.

Give the ax to middke management and at least 50% risk and compliance folks and there might be hope to steer the bank in the right direction. Too many "decision makers" and the decisions are BAD! 70% of my large risk team isnt doing anything all dsy/week/month. 6 managers with as low as only 2 reports and max 4 reports. What are we doing!?!? Theyve hired a manager with a manager who reports to another head manager to report to another executive manager. Ask any one of those managers to define the role or work and/or expect consistency and guidance and they disappear. Its like you asked them for a ride on the company unicorn. What a waste! Save $$$$$ and eliminate the deadweight

House of cards people. Think about the unprofessional, unethical, and outright incompetence that goes on within management. You really think any “manager” is going to own up to their actions and face disciplinary consequences without taking any possible direction to avoid fault. laugh out loud. You participated at the behest of an unethical individual, accepting to be apart of it. Blinded by the “trust” you have in your fellow managers, and false beliefs in “the clique protection” that is made up of the saddest people running U.S. bank. Well guess what. The click can only be tight for so long until cracks start, and you know what, starts hitting the fan. Managers hr or anh unethical being employed here, will turn on each other and start spilling the beans. They will leave each other and their direct reports to dry if it means saving their own skin. At least in my opinion. One that derives from personal experience of seeing such toxicity and foolishness that have went unchecked for so long. Serves them right if the house of cards is starting to collapse.
