Never experienced or heard of staggered layoffs based on hierarchy. So you eliminate senior “leadership” and keep IC and mids on for another week because…why? Or vice versa - what would be the point of that even?

Im above director plus level but below vp. I highly doubt they will stagger director and senior director one week with below director the next. I’ve not been asked any questions about my team on who should stay and who should go and neither have any of my peers. I think VP plus are making the decisions and everyone will go at the same time. Just my own thoughts, I have no idea

I just wish they would have the ba--s to get on with it so people can move on to new things

It's the constant waiting for bad news that is absolutely draining and soul destroying

The sooner they do the cuts everyone else can just get back to work and morale should slowly improve

I’ve heard it’s directors in above on the 18th, and then below on the 24th. Got it from a reputable source, but like everything take it with a grain of salt.

I don't think anyone knows and all comments on these posts are pure guesswork

I would assume some layoffs are going to happen in August but as for departments hit and actual dates No1 but top management knows
