Finally my RSUs are starting to vest and guess what. They tanked my ranking. This is the game they play. Force you out before your RSUs vest! How can I go from top to bottom so quickly? Convenient for them!

How old are you? If 50+, dropping is the norm. If earlier than that, it is probably your performance, not RSUs.
@ba nope. You won’t see them all until 7 years from now. Longest vesting schedule I have ever heard of.
I got O and my RSU is supposed to vest this year.
Your RSUs are not the reason you were dropped.
