You were laid off 9 years ago, and still come to this site?

It is one year for me, but...wow.

Sept 1, 2017. My manager knew nothing. He was let go too.

My manager claims to not know anything. I don’t believe it.

@bh I was told evaluations were postponed until October

@bh it would have been helpful if you had mentioned that before.

It only might give you an indication if your manager isn't a duplicitous POS.

My manager didn’t seem to have much of a clue, at least based on what he told me. He seemed nervous too.

Not sure why he’s holding up FY26 performance appraisals; it’s already late. Must’ve got some direction from up above to wait for some green light.

Basic question for @OP
Your post makes no sense. If neither you or your manager knows anything, then how would either of you know to start working on your CVs?
