If your manager asks you to transfer knowledge and projects to India, just be alerted and don’t do it. Your job will be grabbed by India.

Well, you guys can send me all the job reqs you want, tell me how I am not a culture fit, fabricate issues, use meetings as your planning avenue, try to bully me as much as you want.... but if I have endured this much up until this point and haven’t left, unless Intel fires me for a justifiable cause not you guys lying as usual, we are all going retire together in def met. Just give up and get mad to the program!! I refuse to leave a place because a group of people that I have done absolutely nothing to have decided to make it their mission to kick me out
Don't just share. Complain to the Government agencies. Report all forms of fraud, caste, racism and discrimination.
H1B are simply better employees
I had 2 citizen lay me off when I worked at Intel conspired against me. It's more than 4+ years. I am now in Google while the don't have jobs. They were laziest engineers. not all are skilled but can get complacency.

We used Chinese workers on a project. We checked in with them weekly. Every week they reported that they didn't get their work done. WTF were they doing?

It's hilarious watching Intel employees get mad at this guy! He's obviously Chinese based on his broken English. The only people who got treated worse than white engineers at Intel were the Chinese! They were just as smart and worked even harder and that placed a giant target on your back at Intel to all the scamming Indians. We all loathed the incompetent boomer management who thought they were so smart forcing us to train h1b's so they could expand their headcount for peanuts and look oh so important. The Chinese all went to work for Nvdia and AMD and that is why they ran rings around Intel. It's pathetic you guys are getting mad at him for calling out the h1b scam. Intel shouldn't even exist at this point but once again the smart people have to carry your weight long enough for Elon to set up the fabs Intel was supposed to be building for America.
