Are departures that we are seeing on LinkedIn considered as #Exxodus 3.0? Or just PIP/PIL employee squeeze.

@c0 thats scary they see behind the curtain and have a lot to lose bad stuff going on people.
Execs are choosing to leave too.
There's definitely another Exxodus wave happening. A lot of prior ones were heavily weighted to early career employees with less than 10 years.
It seems like now a lot of mid career employees with 10-25 years are seeing opportunities shrink and are voting with their feet. Lots of very highly regarded employees and high performers don't see a future with EM. Most who leave do extremely well elsewhere.
It's the encore to the repeat performance. Just wait until the interest rate goes up.
Two things can be true at the same time.
