After the Engg layoffs, looks like Product org is about to shake , heard rumours of restructuring the org under RG. Can we expect cuts there? Any tea?

If anyone needs to be let go, it's a number of sales reps. I can't begin to count the number of sales reps that don't know anything about the product they sell. Just talking heads. They cause more work and cleanup than anyone in the organization. Maria A is always incredibly needy and inconsiderate. You can be in the middle of eating lunch and here she comes, ready to bother about something she should know.

They should be.. there are many useless in product org, they gets promotions more often and too many in short span, every BAs have become PM ....
