I called it months ago that we would never hear the results of the employee survey results. Similar to the survey results prior to this one, they claimed the 3rd party who facilitated lost them.
Did I miss the results? If so what were they?

Why we spent the money on a survey at this point in time and hired new consultants who did the survey, is beyond me. There are so many other things to invest in.

Yes results came out. Shared with EC and their first line. Some of is first line shared with next level down - and onwards - but difficult as they didn’t allow access to team manager results for the actual team managers. Who knows why

What are they going to say if they make a statement on them? "Yes, it appears everyone hates this place and is furious there will be no raises. In light of this, we will make it worse here and you will get no raises. Thank you for taking this survey."
