Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Fire ServiceFund Directors & Associate Directors

Humana should take a close look at the middle level leaders in ServiceFund.

They really need a changeover. I bet you will see that they have had multiple HR4U complaints by their staff.

I imagine firing them will even help with Humana’s public relations image.

Yeah, get rid of these jokers already! They are bad for business.

Workers there are great! But being hamstrung by nitwit, controlling, overbearing, micromanaging leaders that are so insecure that when they are worried that one of their employees might outshine them, they try to put a muffle on any good ideas and try to undermine and seek to make them look foolish on team calls. When that does not work, they seek to get rid of those good employees.

Those leaders in ServiceFund deserve the same treatment as they have given others. Human Resources is legally liable when a lawsuit hits over this department’s leaders. Because they are turning a blind eye to the many JR4U complaints against ServiceFund leadership with specific complaints. And they have been notified on here.

Seems like something worth looking into. Oftentimes, where there is smoke there is fire.

Seems pretty simple, fire the current Associate Directors and Directors of ServiceFund department and make sure proper persons are informed on discrete back channels and then you will have one less person that very motivated with continuous well thought out strategy and aggressive tactics to ruin the public image of this lousy corporation.

Seems like a no brainer! I mean, Associate Directors and Directors are a dime a dozen and easily replaceable. Especially this bunch! But your public image sells more stock!

It would be fairly easy for Human Resources to check how many incidents have been reported to HR4U by employees against their leaders within ServiceFund department, including the specific reasons. A little due diligence is always a good thing.

I’ve been in Service Fund for several years under multiple different leaders and do not share these experiences. In fact I’m proud to be part of this organization I left and came back I appreciated the leadership so much.

@y4 I am in total agreement with you that we should get rid of all the Directors and Associate Directors in ServiceFund department.

Yes, let’s get rid of all the Directors and Associate Directors because that will solve all of the problems. No one gets fired because they are cr-p employees, it’s always someone else’s fault.

@t5 Very sorry for the loss of your career. Mine is now gone because of this department at no fault of my own. Anyway, not just this department but the entire company from what I hear and even the entire industry is turning bad, apparently.

It is very sad indeed.

At one time this area used to be very well respected due to the leadership. Once you came to the area, you didn’t want to leave. But sadly that is no longer true. I was in that area for decades in multiple roles, including leadership and due to upper leadership changes, I made the decision to leave. I could no longer be a part of an area that treated its associates and colleagues the way they do. It’s sad.

I agree as well. This post specifically should be marked to stay at the top so Humana HR and executive leadership takes serious how badly the middle level leadership is in this department.

Humana’s Public Relations image would drastically improve, especially going into AEP if they would just fire the very bad Directors and Associate Directors within the ServiceFund department.

I agree with this. ServiceFund department leaders desperately need to be changed out. They are only hurting Humana, not helping.

We had one member on our team, excellent worker, who’s AD called him at 10pm one night, in a drunken state (the AD, that is was in the drunken state), and began to yell and cuss at this poor employee, causing him to resign the following mornin, out of fear.

He attempted and even begged to rescind his resignation, once he realized he shouldn’t have to because of this bad leader, and even explained to HR what had occurred but fell on deaf ears. So, I have no respect, and even despise, for this organization.
