Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

I like to win, these complaints are a joke

Q2 was a good quarter for all of us. I know I worked hard for these numbers and many others. Easy to lose that in a thread full of noise. Wanted to put something positive on the out here: the work is showing up in our numbers and winning feels good. That wasn’t the case a few years ago. How about you all help rowing vs holding us back.

High inflation, doesn’t every one wants a raise every year? Most of all inflation comes from people getting raises. So if the cost of living go’s up so did people”s income across the US

Apparently no one here understands that if you take out the Iran event, we wouldn’t be making money.

Great numbers, how much you want to bet it isn't reflected in VCIP next year?

@OP, how do feel about all the good employees that aren’t here to enjoy what you call winning because Go Go and Tractor Man laid them off for chuckles?

@OP, I know a lot of employees work hard not only 2nd quarter but every quarter.
That doesn’t change the fact that our numbers don’t match up with our 2 main competitors. Our numbers, particularly Rodeo, are only because of the war.
The Go Go transformation is and always will be a failure!

Keep working hard for those wealthy shareholders only to be RIF'd sometime in the future.

@OP I agree! It's nice to see some strong numbers and knowing the work is starting to show improvements. I was very happy to see the debt reduction on the balance sheet as well. I'm hoping we can keep reducing our debt while the market is favorable.
