Problem is the GTS corruption in Dallas will keep all the wrong people. I worked for GTS for far too long and know how they operate. Shady funding transfers, promoting the incompetent just because they are yes man and can be controlled. They need to truly gut the leadership from CIO to SrDir and start over.

If this 40/30/30 happened as you say we as a company would grind to an even worse halt. We're barely functioning with resources presently with immense red tape required for funding micro initiatives.

There is obviously something Big coming ; otherwise, executives would not be jumping ship like a wet Rat.
