Thread regarding Insight Enterprises Inc. layoffs

Who's getting the boot?

So, what do you all think are the changes that are going to hit now that Jack Attack has 3 months and 24 days under his expansive belt?

Kane out <-- Too old, not bringing in the razzle-dazzle anymore
Brenda out <-- Mid market wh-z-bang not growing fast enough to hype hype hype
CTO Hughes out <-- not technical at all and an certifiable a--hole

Anyone else have any-other predictions on this disastrous team TEAM dream team? Who's next on the package and gag-order list?

After sitting in a few of the technical board review meetings, I can say this, totally unimpressed with the quality and caliber of these teammates. My dog can recite the buzzwords better and actually understand what he's barking about more intelligently, really.

@1xy Just like that Insight takes your hard earned PTO and pockets the cash. Keep it classy!! Of course they won't comment on more RIFs as it is the never ending cycle here, if you haven't guessed that by now. ONCE A QUARTER --- Get it now?

This is what happens when you chase a Unicorn dream and all you have left to ride into the sunset in the Sonoran sands is on a warn out donkey. You thought that you were working hard to help a company grow but what you really ended up doing is wasting years off of your life. You believed all that Heart, Harmony and Hunger BS as this leadership team can not even demonstrate a single ounce of any one of these so called "values".

I guess it should be more correctly titled, who's taking early retirement? Sales is full of relics and so is services which needs to be drastically cut as to make it look profitable. Now why didn't the CAP genius do that? He was too busy bringing in his under performing buddies (Kate and others) who will now all flock to the wounded turtle. The finance people loved to charm it up and be best buddies with these amazing folks, then threw them under the bus to the board to save a clueless CFO in training. HAHAHAHAHA and HA! Don't turn your back for one second around this place or you will get tagged by your bestest buddies that want to save their own as--s.

@cp that puts a target on about 210 or so people, not surprising considering the bench time that people are racking up. Sure is quite the miss on those expectations. Just remember the stock price does not reflect the health of a companies financial performance nor the ability of this leadershits team in their ability to execute. So much for integration fly-wheel-amazeballs-nothingness! I foresee another change in the winds and direction for yet another strategic focus area. I change my underwear just as often these people change direction on strategy. Perhaps more blunt smoking in Salt Lake City will bring yet another epiphany. I was hoping for a bonus this year, but got nothing, the C-Suite here pocketed a bunch more of RSUs while our costs of living keep climbing. Given the heat being HOT HOT HOT, I'm just getting by paying for my AC that hardly works as we hit scorching highs. Sorry don't have a $4Mil house in Paradise Valley with solar.
