@cp I blame our LT than AI. Some of useless projects.
Watch the CEO interview with cnbc from 5 months ago and it points to AI being the reason.

I am sorry for what you're going through but I can clearly see that a computer or AI can do the job of authorizations. I don't see why we need humans to do this role. I realize there are complex situations, outside of the normal routine, but most authorizations can be automated
