Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Thank you Kumar! Ford employees are grateful for your leadership~

"Kumar's leadership across our global industrial system has been instrumental in driving the significant progress we've made most recently in initial quality," Farley said in texted statement after the interview. "His broad experience and unique responsibilities ... have enabled us to deliver our breakthrough results."

@a3 the only one that came close to old Lee in recent years is Maximum Bob Lutz. tho i bet Lee would be impressed with what Tesla has been doing. tesla seems stalled or plateau'd now. and that cybertruck. yikes.

Dude is a skilled politician. Farley has repeatedly tried to oust him and toss him under the bus. Kumar always finds and underling or two to divert blame to and fire. The global town halls were always hilarious. Farley saying essentially now Kumar will tell us why everything is in the toilet. Kumar having a brief FU expression before smoothing out his facial expression. Kumar then shutting down any questions he didn’t like. (Some of the questions were ones Farley had asked a subordinate to have one of their subordinates to ask). Ah the games Ford leaders play, if only they would focus on job #1.

He needs a PIP to development a personality. Metrics should be measurable. But in Ford fashion, corporate and hooper metrics simply are not. There's hope he upgrades to least a yellow rating or a 2. Needs at least a 1 on his performance review because honest reviews are dictated from above.

That freep article is just a Ford PR puff piece. Long winded; sprinkled with a few nuggets of truth; and a whole lot of BS

@OP You could count the number of employees that are grateful using only one hand.

@OP What about thanking Harold? They have equal and shared intelligence. Or lack thereof. Time for a curry burger!
