Are you bitter you got passed up so many times for such a pointless leadership role? It’s a stepping stone. (I have been there & was selling side by side every shift.) It sounds like you are bitter and may have experienced poor leadership within your locations. I never did timesheets when I was in a retail store as an assistant unless the GM was on vacation. My value wasn’t in operations or standing around.
