They are now assigning arbitrary ETAs to work items to justify their next targets for downsizing. No accounting for how long the work actually takes, just assuming their bean counting directors know a reasonable metric for every task under them, and making sizing decisions based on that fiction.
This is happening after they took away the functionality and systems to actually log your work performed and the time it took.
If you think it's bad now, it's about to get a whole lot worse.

Also all over the window blinds, fold up desk drawers, probably done this maybe teice a week before anyone showed up. I remember too tossing handfuls up in the center and it all settled in the air. Getting out of there and rush back to my desk.
She would at least sneeze four times a day. Everyone always would say it must me air quality in the building. Meanwhile I was snickering and laughing my a-s off everyday.
Nobody else sneezed as much which is surprising because she always had a floor fan. I sprinkled it on the blades too if anyone was interested.

Why ki-l ourselves to meet these arbitrary deadlines, just for the CEO to receive another 28% pay raise while those of us who work to meet these deadlines are faced with Termination Tuesday every week.
If enough of us work together to stop making him look good, he will be held accountable to the BoD and can suffer the same anxiety we all do every day about losing our pay.
