@za Have you heard specifically which teams this will impact?

The play is to make finance employees under MLS contractors before the end of the year. My team’s leader had to fly in last week to Lake Mary to help talk through the plan. Most teams will have a large portion rebadged to a third party like Deloitte over the next 6 months. If you see Tony or MLS ask them why they would sacrifice workers who care about the company’s future for contractors that have no vested interest.

@d6 it makes sense why they brought over a leader with zero prior operations experience. They just wanted someone to make the cuts with no pushback or hesitation.

They always talk about ethics and integrity. Better not be a random pick of the litter.

Hopefully they keep the good folks if they lean up and have them do more rather than letting some folks that are not as good...this probably doesn't bode well for folks in LM.

@ae dont forget all the desk decorating, ping pong, and setting up mini golf courses in the office so the entire building in Lake Mary can stand around with their thumb up their ar-e as the company pays millions of dollars. all initiatives sponsored by the highest levels of leaders. all while getting destroyed by Tmobile and Att and spacex begins to leapfrog

@aa same old playbook by finance “‘leadership”. They transfer in a group with zero relation like supply chain or operations call centers, force them to do layoffs and offshoring, and finance remains unscathed while hiring more and more layers to spend time choosing fonts and colors for 200 slide decks.

@a9 It's got plenty of segments to choose from. Didn't supply chain just get moved under finance just a couple of weeks ago? The isn't even dry on the reorg paperwork.

@OP The least you could have done is added where/when and how big..... No group is immune. But if you're going to call out a segment, you can at least give some details.
