I think a lot of these miserable posts in your thread tell you all about the Schwab culture. The one who said he instructs his team not to speak to anyone who has been laid off. NICE. That’s a fabulous person and a true leader lol! That is the real Schwab.

Most have the same exact experience when I laid off from there. The people there are incredibly fake and self-absorbed. It’s twisted that they use all of those d-mb “Schwabbie” ”Schwamily” grade school terms for each other. I don’t think it could. be a more hypocritical place. Thru Client’s Eyes lol that’s another good one 🙄.

The Schwab family reminds me of the Manson Family. A bunch of Kool -Aid drinkers that will backstab you whenever they get the chance.

Every leader in STS is pretty much a M0R0N. Not sure which department you worked in. I wish you good luck with your job search. Just go someplace better or do something you love. If you can take half of your team who's willing to leave lol that'll teach these M0R0NS a good lesson.

I instruct my team not to reach out to anyone we let go. I don't need my people getting their heads filled with the lunatic thoughts of some disgruntled former employee. It's bad for morale. I also don't need them passing along information from the inside that will be used against us in a wrongful termination lawsuit. Yes, we are family. But family has its limits and the extent of that limit is your employment with Schwab.

Enough people but into all the Schwamily stuff - and “Schwa-“ derivatives of, that they keep pumping it out. Just look at the constant team photos people plaster on LinkedIn. Wealth Advisory is the worst!

Schwab is a family. We have crazy uncles, drunk moms and abusive dads. Our brothers mess up the kitchen and then act like they had nothing to do with it while pasta sauce drips from their cheek.

Everyone ignores the problems while trying to keep their head down like most abusive families.
