Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo is the most back-stabbing culture I ever worked in

Nowhere else did I have to protect myself from credit thieves, lying managers, spineless supervisors, and VPs who abuse their authority - all at the same time. It's a horror show.

Some of us have been around long enough to know that any regime is temporary. Others are so close to retirement that a golden ticket is a gift. You really shouldn't make so many poor assumptions.

Yet you're apparently still working for them. You must have zero talent or skill whatsoever to stay somewhere so horrible.

@a6+1m1238bjc. So true!!! Don't forget Third Party International too! That "Director" is in Charlotte though.

I have no idea how we stack up with other companies, been here forever. What i do know is that WF under shart is, by far, the worst version of WF. He has absolutely no integrity, vision, or useful skills for growing a bank. Until he came along I didn't know there were people out there with negative amounts of leadership skills. Seriously, who in their right mind wants to follow this guy into the future? No one that actually knows what he's all about. Sure, he has a cabal of loyalists that he's brought on that are helping him destroy the company and they are down for that as long as they get their huge salaries and bonuses and perks, but no one else is buying his nonsense. This company will never recover with such an incompetent clown in charge.

I've been working for almost 30 years. I've always worked for big corporations, but Wells Fargo is by far the worst. Between the quality of the applications, the culture, the managers, and HR, I don't even know where to begin.

The lack of specific details is usually a red flag. I'm guessing you're the problem here.

If this is the most back-stabbing culture you ever worked in, it must be your first job in corporate america

OP must work in Third Party Risk/Supply Chain because knives are always out over here! Super toxic environment with a terrible Director that is still hanging on by a thread from the Saint Louis office that’s going to close in 2027. Sigh….
