An abundance of mean school bullies here , pitting teammates against each other, backstabbing to get ahead, we have them all here. a beautiful place to be.

Can be more than one reason for that though. I've noticed a decline in manager accessibility as well, but know 100% it's driven by that person getting pulled in a thousand directions. I'm low maintenance and get stuff done so okay with it, but do see how the symptoms can be misconstrued.

Heard from a few more people this is happening in other teams. manager picks favorites, gives them all the good work, pushes the person out, rest of team rallies around new team nucleus, becomes toxic workplace , person has to quit. Wonder if managers are being trained by hr to act uniformly sh*tty to get people to voluntarily quit.

Same boat and I’m not even sure why. Excellent reviews and prided myself on going above and beyond. Can’t even get my manager to give me the time of day. I’m noticing it happening to very skilled, tenured people on other teams as well.
