@OP layoffs every month
@e8 don't forget the systems born in 1995. The company saves money on all the wrong thing. They are held together with sp-t and baling wire. One JAVA upgrade and they crash out, in every sense.
@OP Force out what were once valued employees.
Security. Fis environments are so secure even FiS employees cant access them
@b0 aren't you leaving out the luxury trips for executives and their plus ones? While others are laid off, the executives went to Switzerland to ski last March. Did they fly economy and stay at inexpensive lodging on FIS dime? Did they keep their meal expenses within a modest per diem? Doubt it. When stopping lump sum severance pay to those laid off and paying out over time, these clowns and cowards were skiing and shopping by day, dining and drinking by night at some of the finest and most expensive resorts, restaurants, etc. While laid off employees were creating bare bones budgets to eek through until they could find another job, they celebrated their success as a reward.
Pay the Board of Directors and C Suite a lot of money/comp for material stock loss! Hire failed executives from other Companies (CFO, CAO, etc).
Very little
Unemploy people and halve stock prices…
You'd be really serious if you had to work under this conditions for this money, Bob.
