It isn't to get insight into ideas to improve the business and employee relations. It's about trying to figure out who is posting confidential information here. They want to know who is leaking.

@eb gonna hold your hand while this is said to you: it's okay to be scared. Everyone is scared.
@cm Stephanie is doing a great job undermining herself. She doesn't need help
@ez another opinion about making managers aware of this site: it is impossible to know how that information might be used (yeah, get how that sounds). Self identifying as a site user may not be in someone's best interest. If managers are already aware, then it serves no purpose. Why opt yourself in as a possible poster? (Yeah, get how this whole thing sounds.) Make your best decision about next steps, if any.
@cm This site offers other useful information, such as severance pay, COBRA, and 401k match, from people who have been laid off. It also lets people still working at FIS vent a little to help their sanity. Why do you keep coming here if you find the posts nonsense?
If you manager does not of this site, tell him.
Quote from this site so that they are aware.
@cm ah, there you are again, determined to hold the line and miss the point completely. No one believes that senior leadership can be overthrown. Oh, if only it were true, but it ain't. THIS is about solidarity under harrowing conditions with a sprinkling of breaking news here and there. Do they care about those doing the actual work? They do not give an actual fu-k, true. Do read more closely, the message was clear: they come here to see what is being shared. It has been reported that managers have been interrogated (not waterboarded, yet) about whether they are posting here. Those are just facts. It's obvious that you are hanging around for the same. This is the internet, not a hostage situation, feel free to scroll on by.
@OP we do get a heads up when the next round is coming, but other than that, nothing useful in my experience.
I doubt there is any serious monitoring effort by FIS leadership on these boards, beyond the occasional curious peek.
Because, for one, they actually DON'T CARE what we think.
@cm that's right. We don't care about your opinions here. When we want your opinions mckinsey will give ithem to you first
Sincerely
Bob
@cm — I beg to differ. It’s not nonsense. Sorry speaking the truth is so hard for you (and management) to comprehend. Most of what I read here is SPOT ON!
@OP this is not a secretive underground movement working to overthrow the leadership, it’s just a few people posting nonesense and in some cases posters clearly replying positively to their own post and is not worth the effort from senior management to bother reading.
FIS Severance, so near and yet so Cognizant. (See what I did there?)
Hey, keep up the good work. The information is appreciated here. If it makes them uncomfortable in any way, worth it! In the meantime, we should crowd source book titles.
