You’re certainly entitled to your own opinion, but from what I’m seeing this is the worst managed expansion that I’ve seen in 30 years. I can’t wrap my head around any of the reasoning as it’s being done in an all around inefficient way.

COMMSCOPE feels like a much better place now that most of the management responsible for the old culture has moved on to Vistance. There’s finally room to execute, grow, and make real progress without constantly sacrificing employees’ livelihoods for short-term financial wins.
The difference is noticeable: more focus on building the business, supporting the people who make it successful, and creating sustainable results instead of chasing a quick buck. It’s refreshing to feel like COMMSCOPE can move forward again.

Nothing screams “I have a solid argument” quite like “btw einstein” followed by a sentence fighting for its life against basic grammar. If your response to disagreement is “get off the forum,” perhaps the problem isn’t everyone else being scared—it’s you being incapable of hearing anything that doesn’t validate you.
