This decision depends largely on where you are in your life and career.
Being relatively new in your career and unattached would make it far easier to relocate, although I agree with @et that you'd still want to be comfortable with the new city when you and Optum eventually go splitsville.
But each new attachment (house, significant other, social network, kids) raises the stakes and should rightfully require adequate compensation in some combination of locale, job opportunity and/or salary.
I've had coworkers at other companies accept promotions and move only to be let go 6 months to 1 year later. Only take the move if you are comfortable with living in the city after your Optum job is gone.
