There is a 6-8% layoff incoming. Certain divisions and teams are getting hit harder. Managers have some choice and decisions will be made by the end of August. It will finish by the end of October. Good luck

If your boss,or bosses boss has a new leader, you can assume that changes are coming. If you had high rating under a boss that was not making numbers , 3 times their pay grade expect cuts. Bottom line is all they care about. Be ready get your resume ready.
@h6 Are you trying to be funny about people losing their jobs? I know folks that have gotten laid off this week, not the one guy who posted on here, and its only the beginning. OP said they'd START at the end of the month and go through Oct. It's been confirmed by other people leaders on here that they've been asked for a list of names and that layoffs are indeed coming. 8% is not one guy. 🙄

@ey bottom performers were not laid off, just the ones not brown nosing leadership. The ones good at promoting their own self importance but have no actual knowledge to do the job stayed.

@ed Normal in corporate America to trim 5-10% per year or else the 1/20 people who are bottom performers will be contagious. Then the next set of people may or may not be worse.

Looks like some client trainers and advisors were just laid off today per LinkedIN posts.
Some good info here but also constant spam about H1B’s and rebadging to Infinite. We don’t care about that stuff

Got laid off today. Su-ks. The new sr on the team is useless though so good luck to them with all 50+ tasks I leave them with. I didn’t fit the demographic.

This company continues to layoff US employees and then those same positions are move overseas or in the US as a H1B. Just use Teams Organization feature and see how much it happened.

Until they address poor SVP performers riding it out until retirement (DW!!), there is no hope for Fiserv. Good people will be cut by him or voluntarily leave and this place will be crawling with cockroaches like DW. Remember Gibbons... he is THAT HORRIBLE and that is his bud he talks to weekly!!!

Probably in line for a redundancy package in my role too but would rather get out early and use this place as a stepping stone while it continues to sink

How many employees are there currently? 38,000? 8% of the workforce would be 3,040 which would be significant reduction.
