with the performance, layoffs most likely right before Blake leaves or right after new person starts (Tessa,Bob, Matt, Matheus). Probably right before Blake announces so he can get stock pop (for his ego) or reduce stock decline response after announcement.

@OP yes. Layoffs / cost cuts are Inevitable. Most of the competitors are doing the same thing.
