Its interesting, I walk into local branches and am greeted by smiling, seemingly happy bankers who just want to know how they can help me. How could Jon Q Public ever know that behind these smiles lies a corrupt, devious, and completely immoral leadership that is driving good employees away in droves?
Until Jon Q Public is impacted, it will not change.

@fp At WF, "creating change" is a recipe for an Inconsistently Meets rating and an unceremonious departure from the company sans severance.
And yet you probably work for Wells Fargo if you're posting here? What are you doing to create change?
@bh Substitute "aware" for "miserable" in your statement and you're onto something.
"I'm all out of bubble gum"
WF will experience another scam-ridden catastrophe that impacts customers in the near future I’d bet. Only a matter of time once the projects intended to consolidate what were once CRITICAL controls collide with terrible leadership decisions made in the spirit of “efficiency”. All of this alongside the abuse and kicking out thousands of hard working and experienced professionals. It’s a house of cards at this point and I’m ready to watch the fall of chainsaw. I wouldn’t keep $20 in this garbage bank. Fwf
@e9 There are literally hundreds of other banks and credit unions where they can cash checks, make deposits, and apply for loans. Why on earth would they choose WF? Haven't they heard? There's even a Netflix doc about how horrible WF is. This is the real question: Why is sociopathy so effective in America? It's like an abused wife going back to her abusive husband over and over again. He's never going to stop beating you, lady, and one day he will ki-l you.
John Q Public is worried about their own jobs, their kids safety, putting food on the table, and paying their mortgage. They want to cash checks, make deposits, and apply for loans.
They don't give a sh!t about the supposed plight of a bunch of overpaid bankers in corporate offices.
@c2 You're. The contraction for "you are" is "you're," not "your." Why is it that boot-licking always goes hand-in-hand with sub-literacy? Hard to learn basic grammar when you've got your nose up someone's a--hole all the time, I guess, right?
@ap
Geezuz, Where does any bootlicking come into your argument? Oh wait, there isn't.
Just because @a8 counters your personal unsolicited opinion that was triggered by a visit to a local branch you conclude it is bootlicking.
What's next, your driving by a wellsfargo sign and a new spastic post?
Might as well call you Trigger.
Your going to have issues in your life, clearly.
Not everyone is absolutely miserable and good chance a lot of people are shielded from whatever stuff you're going through.
@at
No.
@ar You're the same person, aren't you?
@a8
I agree. I worked for Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have no complaints.
@a8 No, he means the people who aren't spineless bootlickers who think the only purpose of life is pointless, demeaning servitude
You mean the people that have to actually go in to work 5 days a week 8 hrs a day aren't miserable whiny twats like the corporate trash that whines on here daily about how unfair life is? What an interesting observation.
Jon Q Public is already being impacted. They just don't know it yet. Wait until they get that credit card in the mail they didn't ask for or they get force-placed insurance on their car or home because Oopth! We made a mithtake! Why anyone would enter a WF branch for any reason is beyond me.
