For the influx of PIPs coming in, where are you located and which BU? Before someone starts yelling “WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?”, it’s because this would help folks in these countries/BU to know what’s coming and start looking for new roles.

I had an IBM executive once ask me why I needed to know something. They thought they had me because they knew there was nothing practical I could do with the information. I replied truthfully which is I simply get positive feelings from having greater knowledge of my environment and the things that are going on, even if it changes nothing else. To all the aholes here who think they can gatekeep I'm allowed to know, fck back off to your brain-dead life.
